Mon-Art: The Monasteries of Art
MON-ART – The Monasteries of Art is a European cultural initiative co-funded by the Creative Europe programme that aims to use public art as a catalyst for social, ecological, and cultural regeneration. Drawing historical inspiration from how medieval monasteries acted as drivers of European civilization and sustainable development, the project establishes a modern, secular network of "monasteries of art" using existing heritage sites across countries like Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Albania, and Cyprus. Through a transnational residency programme, MON-ART brings together "Regeneration Artists" to collaborate with local communities and create sustainable, eco-friendly public art projects. In alignment with the European Green Deal and the New European Bauhaus, the initiative aims to bridge the gap between people, nature, and cultural heritage, transforming these historical spaces into living laboratories for community building and creative economies.

Dragons of the Heartland
The purpose of the Dragon Game is to promote the Cypriot history and mythology of the dragons. It can also encourage the user to travel around Cyprus to discover the fountains (βρύσες) that are in all the different parts of the country, thus promoting tourism. The game was commissioned by the Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Tourism.
ReInHerit: Redefining the future of cultural heritage, through a disruptive model of sustainability
The overall objective of ReInHerit is to create a model of sustainable heritage management, which will foster a digital dynamic European network of heritage stakeholders. This model will be based on a digital cultural heritage ecosystem in which all the stakeholders (museums, heritage sites, policy makers, professionals and communities) will be provided with the tools and resources to communicate, experiment, and collabrate.

Musculo-postural biofeedback in virtual reality for pain management in musicians. TONE is aiming to develop an innovative tool to assist musicians in developing preventive and pain-management strategies against task-specific musculoskeletal pain.
CYENSverse
Now more than ever, Cyprus needs its researchers and innovators to bring the power of technology to bear on the lives of its residents. Inspired by the new “metaverse”, the objective of this project is to develop a virtual space that will provide room for people to socialize, learn, explore, collaborate and play regardless of location and despite boundaries, real or imagined. CYENSverse attempts, with the application of Virtual Reality technologies, to become a place that encourages an open discussion for the future of Nicosia that would highlight its multicultural past. While the CYENSverse aspired to host multiple and varied events this project is focused on developing a first proof of concept about a part of the Nicosia Buffer Zone which was recognized by Europa Nostra in 2013 as one of the most endangered heritage sites in Europe because of its symbolic and historical significance, its authenticity and the cultural, social, and economic potential it represents.
DeepNic: Deep Mapping of Nicosia’s urban centre, 1960-2020
Deep Nic is a map based platform where historical research is combined with geography and technology and allows, through data visualization , a multi-temporal and multi-dimensional exploration of the urban center of Nicosia form 1960 until 2020.
Astrotourism
The AstroTourism Project aims to promote Cyprus as an ideal destination for astronomical tourism. It focuses on developing infrastructure and services that enhance stargazing experiences, leveraging the island's clear skies and natural beauty. The project includes creating designated dark sky areas, educational programs, and digital tools to attract both tourists and researchers interested in astronomy. Overall, it seeks to boost local tourism, support sustainable development, and raise awareness about the importance of preserving dark skies for scientific and recreational purposes.

CoViRR
CoViRR (Co-creation of Virtual Reality re-usable e-resource for European Healthcare Education) is an ERASMUS+ strategic partnership aimed at co-creating virtual reality (VR) reusable e-resources as Open Educational Resources (OERs) for European Medical and Nursing schools. Traditional clinical skills labs can be costly and limited in immersion. By utilizing participatory design with key stakeholders—including students, healthcare staff, lecturers, and clinicians—CoViRR designs and evaluates low-cost, highly effective, and immersive VR training tools. These resources support existing curricula, foster open education, and help students develop their clinical skills through flexible and fully immersive learning experiences. Long term, the project aims to integrate digital innovation into healthcare curricula, enhancing the competences of teaching staff and the quality of the future healthcare workforce.

It features a dynamic, data-driven environment where visitors can explore real-time financial news, market trends, and historical milestones through a blend of physical and digital storytelling. The experience uses large-scale projection mapping, touch interfaces, and custom-built hardware to create a visually compelling narrative about global markets.
